Third-party software and source-code availability.

The ViewKonnect applications, a product of Dugong International Private Limited, incorporate third-party open-source software. Some of these components are licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 (AGPL-3.0). ViewKonnect gratefully acknowledges the authors and contributors of this software.
In accordance with the AGPL-3.0 (including sections 6 and 13), the complete corresponding source code for the AGPL-licensed components included in the ViewKonnect applications is available to any recipient of those applications, on request, at no charge beyond a reasonable cost of distribution.
To request the corresponding source code, send an email to customerservice@dugong.in stating the application (desktop, Android, or web), the version number you received (shown on the app's About screen), and a return email address. We will provide the corresponding source code, or a link from which it may be downloaded, for that version.
This written offer is valid for three (3) years from the date on which you received the corresponding ViewKonnect application.
This notice and offer relate to the third-party AGPL-licensed components only. ViewKonnect's own branding, server-side services, and proprietary components are not covered by this offer and remain the property of Dugong International Private Limited. A copy of the AGPL-3.0 licence text is provided with, or referenced from, the relevant components and is also available at gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.html.
