Business is billed per seat, with a minimum of 5 seats. You can add seats at any time from your portal and your subscription updates accordingly. Billing is handled securely through our payment partner.
Both. Annual billing gives you two months free compared to paying monthly. You can choose your cycle at checkout.
We allow a 7-day grace period. During this time you keep access to your account and portal; if payment isn't completed, outgoing remote connections are paused until billing is restored — your data and settings are never deleted.
You can cancel anytime from your portal; access continues until the end of your paid period. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Prices are shown in your local currency (INR, USD, EUR or GBP) based on your location — use the switcher above to change it. Customers in India are billed in INR inclusive of GST, with a GST tax invoice in your portal after each payment; customers outside India are billed without GST.
