This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions to ViewKonnect, a product of Dugong International Private Limited. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. ViewKonnect is a subscription-based digital software service.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying. No payment is taken to start the trial. You are charged only if you choose a paid plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle, and your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to a free/limited state; we do not delete your account data immediately, so you can reactivate later.
If a renewal payment fails, we provide a 7-day grace period during which you keep access to your account and portal. If payment is not completed within the grace period, outgoing remote connections are paused until billing is restored. Your data and settings are not deleted during this time.
You can cancel directly from your portal. For refund requests or any billing question, contact us at customerservice@dugong.in with your account email and the transaction details. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days, and approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (actual credit timelines depend on your bank or card issuer).
Where a refund is issued, any applicable taxes (such as GST) collected on the refunded amount are handled in accordance with applicable law.
