• Device & connection data: device identifiers, device names, operating system, and session metadata needed to provide remote access (such as connection times and the devices involved).
• Usage data: log data, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and product usage for security, troubleshooting and improvement.
• Billing information: plan, billing cycle and transaction records. Payment card and banking details are collected and processed directly by our payment partner; we do not store full card/bank numbers on our servers.
• Communications: messages you send to our support team.

• To provide, operate, secure and maintain the Service;
• To authenticate you, verify your email, and protect against fraud and unauthorised access;
